Yesterday I told you to begin doing push-ups and sit-ups at each break. I want you to start out with 5 of each. Next week, you increase the repetitions to 10, then 15, etc until we get to 25 at each break. Once you finish your repetitions, you can go on break.
The purpose of this is to get everyone used to doing the push-ups and sit-ups at regular intervals.
For this program to work and help you, you have to get used to doing this all the time. When you are sitting at home watching TV, do the push ups and sit ups at each commercial break or once per hour. Just do it.
You will be glad you did this when you take the final POPAT and the Final Fitness Assessment.
